If for any reason the client is not satisfied with the item received, by Portuguese Law the client has got 15 days to return the item and to receive a full refund.
If at the moment of receiving the parcel the client should notice any physical damage to the box (or bag) please make sure to state it with the transporter.
For Made To Fit items, or any personalized item, italianiatwork will do anything to assist the client in understanding the product specific quality before starting the work as we wont accept any returns in personalized items
Italianiatwork.com won't accept back item personalized as indicated from the client unless our fault is proven.
STEP TO FOLLOW FOR RETURNING ITEMS
First step is to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or use client support form at the bottom of thi web page.
Please contact us as quickly as possible client has 7 days to do so from the date of the received delivery. Add in your message your name and order number and a brief reason for returning the item. We will send you the address to use to send the item back to us.
As we wont charge to ship the item, we expect the client to pay for sending back the item to us.
If the original box is still available please use the same to wrap the item, please make sure that the item is still unused, in perfect condition and with original label still attached.
Once we receive the item and carefully checked it, we will send you an email to confirm.
italianiatwork.com has a 30 day policy to refund the money, even tough usually the process happens much quicker.
